Case Study: Revive Energy Packaging

Revive Energy approached us to provide a solution for the packaging of their Vitamin patches.


The patches allow absorption of Vitamin B12 through the pores in your skin and is an alternative to tablets or injections.


The patches came in sealed pockets, and an outer piece of packaging was required.


The Brief

Selling online through popular channels like Amazon, Revive Energy need a simple and cost-effective way of packaging their range of products for distribution.

  • They wanted the packaging to be lightweight and straightforward to minimise delivery costs.

  • The design needed to be consistent with their branding.

  • All the directions and supplement information must be displayed clearly on the outside of each pack.

  • The packaging must be able to be produced in short runs to meet demand as it arose.

  • The packages must have updateable elements such as manufacture & expiry date information

  • Create packshots for use on various online shopping and distribution platforms, i.e. Amazon


The Production Process

We created a slip wallet solution out of a durable yet lightweight card which allowed an on-demand print production solution for Revive Energy. The variable data capabilities of our digital presses allowed customisation of each pack, with information such as quantity and expiry date information during the run.


Batches of packs could be ordered and produced with short turn around times to meet the demand for the product.


The outcome of this rebranding and the packaging design has provided us with a 250% growth since using Print + Design It, which is continuing to grow each month. Revive
